Bill grew up in an evangelistic atmosphere in his Toronto home and his church. So it was no wonder that even as a boy he was helping behind the scenes in the production of It Is Written telecasts.

After graduating from high school in Toronto, Ontario, Bill attended a large Seventh-day Adventist university in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he excelled in his theology classes. After university graduation he worked for a number of years with Employment Management Professionals Inc. in Toronto, as a lecturer on employment strategy and skill developments, eventually becoming the Executive V.P.

In 1998 he accepted the invitation to be the part-time pastor of the Harmony Seventh-day Adventist Church in north Toronto, and joined It Is Written as Speaker-Director in February of 2004.

Along with his wife Fatima Madeira Santos, they have two children, Joshua and Rebecca. Bill is an exciting preacher of the Word of God and has conducted a number of public evangelistic meetings across Canada.
